About the EzMigration Manual:
A: On the left side of the EzMigration main screen there are four buttons: DPS Website, Other DPS Products, About DPS and User Guide. Click on User Guide and a PDF version of the EzBackup User Manual will open from our website. Manuals for all DPS-Arco products can be found on our website. Simply select Support from the main navigation menu and then select Product Manuals. All manuals are in PDF format. You can also obtain additional information from the Help file built into EzMigration. Select Help and then Help Topics from the menu at the top right of the EzMigration screen.
A: You may need to update your Windows Installer. EzMigration requires Windows Installer 3.1 or higher. If you do not have your computer set to automatically install updates, then it is possible that you do not have the most recent version of Windows Installer on your computer. Please follow this link to locate and download the most recent version of Windows Installer from the Microsoft website. Download files are currently located at the bottom of the Microsoft page.
A: In order to complete the online payment process you will need to follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab
- Choose “Trusted Sites Zone” (green check mark) and select the “Site” button
- In the “Add this website to the zone” field, add this site: https://secure.softwarekey.com
- Choose the “Add” button
- Choose “Close”
- When the Internet Option window appears, select “Customer Level” and under “Scripting” make sure that “Active Scripting” is enabled.
A: EzMigration is not offered in a trial version. This is commercial software and must be purchased before it will function. If you select ACTIVATE from within EzMigration, you will be taken directly to a purchase page.
