The DD3 PCI controller provides real time backup through IDE RAID 1 hardware disk mirroring to ensure that you will always have an exact, up to date RAID backup of your drive.

Featuring our easy to use DupliDisk mirroring technology, the DD3 PCI fits perfectly into any standard PCI slot, however the PCI slot is used for power only--not for data transfer. It's the ideal solution to mirror your IDE drives where no free external drive bays are available.

Just insert the DD3 PCI into a free PCI bus slot, connect your IDE (Parallel ATA) drives to the DD3 PCI and the DD3 PCI to your motherboard with the provided cables. Then run our quick and easy mirroring utility. When you're done, you'll have real time backup!

Every time you save data to your drive, the DD3 PCI will automatically send the information to both drives, so you always have an exact (and bootable, where applicable) duplicate of your drive and all the information it contains. If one of the drives fails, an alarm will sound to let you know a drive needs to be replaced but the other drive will take over automatically. And your computer and your business will stay up and running!

The DD3 PCI controller requires no driver or IRQ. It sends data to both drives simultaneously so there's no lag time and no performance hit on your computer.

The DD3 PCI provides back panel status lights, serial port and alarm reset.
