The Duplidisk Windows Utility software will not detect the presence of a Duplidisk.

Cause: We have identified a conflict between the Duplidisk Windows Utility and Norton GoBack™

              which is one of the Norton SystemWorks™ components.

Corrective Action: Disable Norton GoBack™.

NOTES:
This problem was seen while using DD3-SATA Flex Mount on a Windows ® XP Professional platform.
