Cause: This problem manifests itself when any DMA mode is enabled with the Duplidisk 2. The symptoms vary with the O/S deployed, but "Blue screen," "Cannot find file" and “unable to format” are typical of the problems reported.

Corrective Action: We recommend that you upgrade your Duplidisk 2 Firmware to the latest release. To get the system running for the short term, select the DMA settings from the configure menu, DISABLE DMA, and set the transfer rate to P-I/O mode four.
